Role:
      Full project management of turn-key interior trim design and development (D&D) programmes. This will encompass work planning for (and leadership of) a multifunctional team including Project Engineers, CAD designers, CAE and Test Engineers.

      Communication with customers to understand and clarify requirements will be crucial to effectively planning and executing key packages of work. Full responsibility for customer satisfaction and the development of business relationships is a primary function of this role.
      与客户间沟通和交流，确保工作要求明确，合理的编排工作计划并执行关键阶段工作任务。完全负责提高客户满意度和发展业务关系，并以此作为首要目标和职责
      
      Achievement of business performance targets will be measured throughout specific projects to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction levels are to the required levels.

      Necessary Experience:
      At least five years experience working in a first tier automotive interior trim supplier managing D&D programmes
      具备五年以上在汽车一级内饰供应商负责设计开发项目管理的工作经验
      Should be able to interpret customer requirements and create a detailed delivery plan including timing, manning profile, budgets and any equipment needed. Depending on customer requirements there may be a necessity to develop CAE and DVP work plans as part of the main D&D programme delivery responsibilities

      Must be able to manage customer expectations in line with pre-agreed targets and budgets (including detailed RASIC documents) and negotiate for additional funding/resource where required.

      Experience of working with Western OEMs would be an advantage

      Full knowledge of integrating complex interior trim systems with interfacing components/systems is essential. The ideal candidate would have detailed knowledge and experience of designing cockpit modules and door casing systems
      具备综合考虑复杂内饰系统与车内环境和周边部件配合的意识。理想的申请人需要具备仪表板集成模块和车门饰板系统的理解和设计经验
      Knowledge of interior trim component manufacturing processes is required
      必须具备对汽车内饰零部件生产制造工艺的认识和理解
      
      Skills:
      Good experience of using 3D CAD systems such as Catia V4, Catia V5 and Unigraphics

      Project management and team leadership

      Excellent PC skills are essential (MS Office, MS Project, e-mail etc)
