      一、职责：
      Responsibility:
      1. 负责以下日常销售工作：
      To under take routine sales job, including:
      a. 拜访客户，向客户介绍公司情况。
      To perform customer visit and give introduction to HAC
      b. 安排峰会或工厂参观，向客户介绍工厂。
      To make arrangement of seminars or plant tours to present HAC to customers.
      c. 获得客户需求，并向客户提供德西福格相对方案。
      To understand customer needs and provide HAC solutions
      d. 与德西福格总部人员共同完成客户报价准备工作。
      To work with HAC head quarter in customer quotation preparation
      e. 对工程项目及商务事宜进行进展跟进。
      To perform projects and business follow up
      2. 发展商务拓展市场
      Business development and marketing
      a. 在常规客户拜访中收集市场信息。
      To gather marketing data during the routine customer visit
      b. 从多渠道搜集上午情报及竞争对手的信息。
      To collect commercial intelligence and competitor information through different channels.
      c. 与德西福格全球客户经理通力合作制定本地客户的战略计划。
      To coordinate with Hirschvogel global account manager in defining sales strategy for local customers.
      
      二、职位要求：
      Job profile:
      1. 机械工程或材料科学专业本科学历。
      University or collage graduate with major in mechanical engineering or material science.
      2. 3年以上在汽车行业、锻造、或机加工行业销售工程师、项目协调、或大客户技术支持等职务的工作经验。
      Over 3 years working experience in automotive, forging or machining industry as sales engineer, project coordinator or technical support to key accounts.
      3. 德语或英语流利
      Fluent German or English
      4. 熟练操作Office办公软件
      Skilled user of MS-office
