Position Summary:
Resposonible for M+H developing projects management from kick off to SOP + 6 months;
Main Accountabilities:
? Develop strong relationships and manage the communication / negociation with (internal) customer as the offical M+H representative during project development phase;
? Support Sales team in quotation phase, lead cost collection, lead PER calculation and fully responsible for project from kick off to SOP+6months;
? Esitablish the project team, set project target with team, launch and monitor the pro-ject in compliance with X-Sep or M+H work flow;
? Coordinate, manage a cross-functional project team, develop and implement appro-priate action plans;
? Organize project meeting, evaluate the potential risk and opportunities and report pro-ject status to Steering Committee;
? conduct project team to pass PPAP and SOP in line with timing plan;
? Organize communications throughout the program lifecycle to ensure smooth program transfer from Development Phase to Production Phase;
Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies):
Education/Major:
Bachelor degree or above in automotive or engineering major;.
Experiences:
? Above 5 years experience in automotive or related, at least 3 years project manage-ment experience.

Knowledge & Skills:
? .Solid knowledge and strong experience in project management
? Good at team work and excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written commu-nication skills.
Foreign language:
Fluent in both written and oral English.
Computer ability:
Good at MS Office software.
