Main Accountabilities
? Manage regional after-market business of automotive/industry- based on Aftermarket Marketing & Sales Strategy and requirement by senior sales manager.
? Take sensitive plans and actions to meet the sales and margin target.
? Identify sales opportunities in target customers, develop sales plan.
? Establish and manage the distributor network to develop and correspond target business segment.
? Feedback the market information, competitors’ activity etc., accurate forecast monthly, quarterly, annual revenues.
? Take product and technical training for customer periodically and compatibly, solve the problems independently and efficiently to satisfy the customers.
? New project and market development.
? Cooperate with accounting Dept. on money collection, credit reviews.
? Actively participate and cooperate with company marketing activities like promotions, exhibitions.
? Expense control.
Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)
Education/Major:
Diploma of junior college or above in related field.
Experiences:
More than 3 years working experience of sales in the automotive/industry aftermarket.
Certificates:
Knowledge & Skills:
? Knowledge about filtration techniques or automotive/industry aftermarket
? Clear overview of the local market

? Organization talent with the ability to work independently.
Foreign language:
? Good at both written and oral English.
Computer ability:
? Good at MS Office software.
Personal Quality:
? Teamwork, good communication skills.
? Willing to travel inside China, including international travels.
? Self-motivated with strong interest in sales.
