岗位要求Position Requirement
      该职位旨在为压制工艺提供必要的技术支持和改进。This position is to provide technical support to production, focus on Printing process development and improvement.
      1. 通过解决质量，工装制具的问题为生产顺利运行提供工艺支持Keeps manufacturing/production running smoothly by providing timely technical support to solve quality, process and fixture/tooling problems in the pressing field;
      2. 改进现有产品以及新产品的压制工艺Design, redesign and improve the pressing process for new products or existing products;
      3. 持续改进压制工序的生产能力，产品质量，生产效率 Continuously improve pressing process capability, products quality and production efficiency by improving the fixture/tooling, introducing the new process/knowledge, and redesign the process/products;
      4. 时时更新并维护相关的工艺数据以及参数Maintain engineering data in business system or engineering system by timely setting up and updating;
      5. 支持或领导技术转移，新产品开发以及新产品导入 Support or lead technology transfer, new product development or new product introduction;
      6. 优化相关的工序以及产线布局 Optimize pressing area layout and line layout;
      7. 从项目前期参与新产品开发，实验以及确认 Early involve in new product development on new pressing tooling design review and new pressing tooling trial run and qualification;
      
      任职资格 Requirements:
      1. 在压制以及相关领域拥有5年以上的工作经验 5+ years working experience in pressing;
      2. 具备汽车行业，铝件生产经验者优先考虑 Automotive experience; have some experience by Alu materials is plus;
      3. 优秀的团队合作以及沟通能力 Good team player and communication skill;
      4. 具备办公软件的使用能力，夹具设计能力和CAD软件的应用能力 MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Fixture design and CAD application;
      5. 具备英语沟通能力 Fluent in English (spoken and written);
      6. 具备TS16949和精益的相关知识 TS16949, LEAN techniques;
