Objective:
. Selling Tractor according to the assigned key account list with the alignment of tractor sales strategy
. Developing identified NKA fleet customers in east region
. Developing new tractor industries and customers
. Coordinating with other RSMs and dealers in tractor sales
. Coordinating with other departments in tractor sales
. Report regularly on sales activity
. Ensure the penetration of the value-chain products like TeleMatics, service contract and financing service
Knowledge:
Bachelor Degree or above, majored in Management or Engineering related major.
Skills:
. Ability of team work
. Well communication, coordination with customers and team
. Excellent communication skills (both in Chinese and English, written & spoken) to connect with internal and external contacts adequately.
Mastery of Excel, Word and PPT skill.
Major Required Competence:
. Well experience in sales of imported truck and fleet customers in China
. Strong customer-oriented attitude and target driven
. Having passion, active in working with team spirit
. Independent problem analyzing and solving capability
Ability to work under pressure and to handle complexity, uncertainty and multi-task.
