Objective:
      This position is to develop, organize, and implement and execute homologation and product management in the sales company with high growth potential. To perform provide qualitative Planning and reporting system to meet the needs of the strategic business development.
      
      The product areas he/she is going to work on include, but not limited to:
      ?Create Homologation plan
      ?Development product management reports
      ?Local product information collection & creation
      ?Follow projects of sales and support sales with product knowledge
      ?Preparation of localized guidelines and implementation
      ?Interdisciplinary working between the MTBC China teams (Sales, After-sales, Marketing, etc.)
      ?Improvement of existing product planning and coordination with HQ
      ?Coordination and preparation of presentations for the internal- / external management meetings
      ?Active cooperation with other departments in HQ and or other MAN entities in the regions
      ?Support in Legal / Compliance related matters in sense of Homologation
      ?Other job assigned by Head of Homologation
      1、Lead Homologation team
      2、Implement process and guidelines including enactment
      3 、Participate meetings from authorities other interest groups or organization
      4 、Attend sales meeting and explain product to sales
      5 、Working on product portfolio together with sales, reviewing the local requirements and demands of the market
      6、Initiate product comparison meetings
      7 、Establish SOP (standard operating procedure) for key processes from the homologation and product management (launch process, product information process, implantation process, project management)
      8、Others tasks assigned by Head of product management
      Knowledge:
      ?Bachelor degree in respective majors
      Skills:
      ?Completed studies or comparable commercial apprenticeship with focus on Technical Studies Automotive
      ? (high skills on Excel)
      ?Very good knowledge of English; German is advantageous, but not mandatory
      ?Very good knowledge MS Office of Excel, PowerPoint
      ?Good communication and leadership skills
      ?Independently, team-orientated way of work
      ?Good coordination and planning skills
      ?Capacity and flexibility
