      ?Organize network staff qualification plan

      Knowledge:
      ?Very good understanding on automotive technology
      ?Very good understanding on mechanical/electrical/pneumatic principals
      ?Understanding of commercial vehicle industrial
      ?Sufficient IT knowledge to conduct on-line training
