Objective:
      This position is to develop, organize, and implement and execute technical support on product management in the sales company with high growth potential. To perform provide qualitative Planning and reporting system to meet the needs of the strategic business development.
      The product areas he/she is going to work on include, but not limited to:
      ?Technical support for sales and body builder
      ?Basic product technical training and training material translation and creation in accordance with the requirements of the Product Management
      ?Gateway to after sales for product technical issue
      ?Coordinate with product MTBC and HQ for product local solution and modification
      ?New project and new segment application / request: technical support
      ?Sales truck portal: New product technical information collection and distribution
      ?Market investigation and feedback for product technical information
      ?Order placement: Specification check from technical side.
      ?Others tasks assigned by Head of product management & homologation.
      
      Knowledge:
      ?Bachelor degree in respective majors
      Skills:
      ?Completed studies or comparable commercial apprenticeship with focus on Technical Studies Automotive
      ?Very good knowledge MS Office of Excel, PowerPoint
      ?Good communication and leadership skills
      ?Independently, team-orientated way of work
      ?Good coordination and planning skills
      ?Capacity and flexibility
      ?To develop and maintain the knowledge of the MAN Products and of the Competitors’ products
      ?To negotiate with technical interlocutors at a high level
      ?To be aware of selling and financing methods for industrial vehicles
      ?Availability, responsiveness, dynamism
      ?Organizational ability, autonomy, teamwork skill
      ?Ability to listen to other people and to anticipate the customers’ needs which constantly change

      Major Required Competence:
      ?Comprehensive Commercial truck knowledge and automobile education background
      ?Familiar with automobile theory and basic automobile repair experience
      ?Familiar with MAN product feature and advantage
